Prošlo je šest godina od poslednjeg albuma grupe Depeche Mode. Dave Gahan je u proteklom periodu sa grupom Soulsavers objavio album „Imposter“ (2021) na kome se nalaze obrade, dok je Martin Gore realizovao EP „The third chimpanzee“ sa novim pesmama, iste godine.

Njihova ponovna saradnja i zajednički rad rezultat su novog, petnaestog studijskog albuma „Memento mori“, koji Depeche Mode ovoga puta kao duo, objavljuju 24. marta. Ovo je prvi album grupe na kome nije svirao Andy Fletcher, koji je nažalost preminuo prošle godine. Prvi sigl „Ghosts again“ pojavio se pre nekoliko dana.

Najzad! Posle skoro pet godina, Noel Gallagher sa svojom pratećom grupom High Flying Birds objaviće novi album. Dočekasmo i to, nakon jedne kompilacije i četiri odlična EP-ja, koji su se pojavili u proteklom periodu.

„Council skies“ je naziv budućeg studijskog albuma. Njegovo zvanično objavljivanje je najavljeno 2. juna. Istovremeno bi trebalo da se pojavi i tzv. deluxe izdanje kao dvostruki CD. Do tada, možemo da preslušamo dva singla „Pretty boy“ i „Easy now“. a sigurno će ih biti još do kraja maja. Gallagher je autor svih pesama (to smo navikli od njega) a ujedno i producent ovog izdanja.

The National su snimili svoj deveti studijski album „First two pages of Frankenstein“, čije je objavljivanje najavljeno 28. aprila. Kako je rekao Matt Berninger, vođa i pevač grupe, na njemu će se naći jedanaest novih pesama. Četiri od njih su snimljene u saradnji sa drugim muzičarima. To su Sufjan Stevens, Taylor Swift i Phoebe Bridgers (dve pesme). Matt je ovim samo nastavio uspešnu saradnju sa Phoebe, sa kojom je snimio sjajan duet u pesmi „Walking on a string“ 2019. godine. „Tropic morning news“ je prvi singl koji je objavljen pre dve nedelje.
