„Female tribute to Tom Waits“ pojavio se 2008. godine. Izdat je kao dvostruki CD i na svakom se nalazi po dvadeset pesama. Sjajni i raznovrsni ženski vokali otpevali su 34 pasme (šest su objavljene u dve verzije) koje je napisao i originalno snimio Tom Waits. Diana Krall, Cat Power, Aileen Loy & Blue Valentines, Astrid Seriese i Holly Cole imale su tu čast da budu zastupljene sa po dve pesme na ovom izdanju. Odličan Tribute album, na kome mnoge pesme zvuče mnogo bolje nego u originalnom izvođenju.

Simple Minds su u vreme svoje najveće popularnosti objavili dvostruki koncertni album „Live in the city of light“.
Nakon uspešnih ploča „New gold dream (81/82/83/84)“ (1982), „Sparkle in the rain“ (1984) i „Once upon a time“ (1985). Jim Kerr i momci iz grupe su odlučili da objave svoj prvi koncertni album. „Live in the city of light“ je snimljen na turneji tokom leta i jeseni 1986. godine. Zvanično se pojavio godinu dana kasnije kao dvostruko izdanje na vinilu. Na njemu se nalazi četrnaest pesama od kojih su čak dvanaest sa pomenuta tri studijska izdanja.
Odlična ploča, pravi koncertni zapis sa puno energije i aktivnim učešćem publike – Simple Minds u svom najboljem izdanju.

„Gigaton“ je novi album grupe Pearl Jam, koji je najavljen za 27. mart.
Singl sa pesmom „Dance of the clairvoyants“ pojavio se pre desetak dana. Očekivao sam ubrzo i drugi, ali njega još nema. Nisam hteo ništa da napišem dok se ne objavi još neka pesma sa predstojećeg izdanja, ali evo, ipak sam to uradio.. Zašto željno očekujem taj drugi, treći…singl kao i kompletan album? Jednostavno zato što hoću da čujem Pearl Jam, onakav kakav smo svi navikli da slušamo. Prvi singl je odličan (u to nema sumnje), i mnogo mi se sviđa, ali me neodoljivo podseća na Talking Heads (grupu koju obožavam). Znam da vreme nosi svoje i da su potrebne izvesne promene, ali… Volim da slušam Pearl Jam, ali onaj prepoznatljivi i pravi Pearl Jam, a ne da liči na neku drugu grupu (pa neka se ona zvala i Talking Heads), bez obzira da li je u pitanju samo jedna pesma.

Morrissey je najavio izdavanje svog novog albuma. „I am not a dog on a chain“ pojaviće se 20. marta. Za razliku od njegovog prošlogodišnjeg albuma sa obradama („California son“), na ovom izdanju naći će se jedanaest autorskih pesama.
Za sada, pojavila su se dva singla koji prethode ovom albumu. Prvi je „Bobby, don’t you think they know?“, odličan duet koji čine Morrissey i Thelma Houston. Drugi „Love is on its way out“ objavljen je upravo danas.

„Here to love“ je pesma koju je napisao Lenny Kravitz. Nalazi se na njegovom poslednjem izdatom albumu „Raise vibration“ iz 2018. godine. Sjajna balada u kojoj je klavir dominantan instrument, otpevana sa jakom tekstualnom porukom uz pomoć mešovitog hora od dvanaest članova.
Ovogodišnja turneja koju Lenny Kravitz počinje poslednjeg dana marta na Novom Zelandu, nazvana je po ovoj pesmi.
